This website describes the resident-experience programming services offered by Le Château Hospitality to Class A luxury apartment communities. Content is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services.

Pricing, scope, cadence, staffing and deliverables are confirmed only in a written proposal or services agreement signed by both parties. Availability of any date, format or tier is subject to confirmation. Nothing on this website creates a contractual obligation on either side.

When you submit a consultation request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to inquire on behalf of the property or organization you name. Submitting a request does not reserve a date or guarantee availability.

Where an engagement includes beverage service, that service is provided by TABC-certified personnel in accordance with applicable Texas law and any requirements of the property. We carry insurance and provide certificates of insurance to the management group. Specific compliance obligations for a given engagement are addressed in the services agreement for that engagement.

The text, design, layout, photography and other materials on this website are owned by Le Château Hospitality or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written consent, except for ordinary internal evaluation of our services.

Photography on this website is used to illustrate the style, format and standard of the experiences we produce. It is representative rather than a record of any specific client property or event, and no depiction should be read as an endorsement by, or an existing engagement with, any community shown.

This website may link to third-party services such as a scheduling tool. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
